# Privacy Notice What this website collects, and what it does not. This website has no advertising and no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing. The only personal data you give us is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email. Version 1.0 ยท Last updated 26 October 2026 ## In short - **No tracking cookies.** We set no cookies of our own, and nothing on the site follows you to other websites. - **Only what you send.** Your name, email and message reach us only when you send them, and we use them only to reply. - **Visits counted, not people.** We count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. - **Nothing sold.** We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them for marketing. ## What we collect - **The contact form.** Your name, work email, company if you give it, the topic you pick and your message. We use them to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. - **Email.** If you write to hello@prayog.tech or another of our addresses, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message. - **Visit counts.** Which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, your country, your type of browser and device, and how fast pages load. These are counted in aggregate, without cookies, to see what people read. - **Request logs.** Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages see your IP address and browser details. These are used to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. ## Who handles it for us We use a few services to run the site. Each sees only what it needs for its job, and each has its own privacy policy. Some of them process data outside India. - **Cloudflare.** Hosts and delivers the site, counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and protects the site from attacks. It may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ - **Web3Forms.** Receives what you send through the contact form and passes it to our inbox by email. Web3Forms' privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy - **hCaptcha.** Runs the check on the contact form that stops spam. It loads only as you scroll to the form, looks at device and interaction details to tell people from bots and may set its own cookies. hCaptcha's privacy policy: https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy - **Zoho Mail.** Our email. Messages from the form and from you directly are kept in our mailbox there. Zoho's privacy policy: https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html ## What is stored on your device Two small settings, kept in your browser so the site works the way you left it. Neither is sent to us or to anyone else. - **Light or dark theme.** If you pick a theme, it is kept in session storage for this tab only and is gone when you close the tab. - **One-time hints.** The homepage shows a few hints until you use that part of the page. Which ones you have used is kept in local storage (prayog:hints), so they do not come back. You can remove both by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Because nothing on the site tracks you, there is no cookie banner to accept. ## How long we keep it - **Your messages.** What you send through the contact form or by email, and our replies, stay in our mailbox until you ask us to delete them. Ask at any time and we will. If we go on to work together, our agreement sets how long records are kept. - **Visit counts.** Only in aggregate, which cannot be traced back to you. - **Request logs.** Kept by Cloudflare for its security and operations, under its own policy. ## Your rights Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to: - give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with - correct, complete or update it - erase it, unless we must keep it by law - let someone you nominate use these rights for you if you cannot Write to hello@prayog.tech from the address you used before, or say how we can confirm it is you. We reply within 60 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are outside India, you can ask the same of us, along with anything your own law allows. ## What this notice does not cover Security engagements and Prayog One are covered by the agreement we sign with each client, not by this notice.
